Requirements and Renting

Our requirements:

You have income that is at least 3 times the monthly rental. (Verifiable)

You have never been evicted.

You have No felonies.

You have a credit score of 620 or above.

You are 21 or older or living with parent or legal guardian.

You are nice most of the time.

You understand that this is a NO SMOKING building.

You understand we are very pet friendly and you will hear some barking.

PLEASE do not apply for an apartment unless you want it!

We need your security deposit (equal to one months rent), app fee $50.00. (an additional $25.00 for 2nd resident or cosigner).
